My mission is simple: to support real people in building real strength, both physically and mentally, through sustainable training and a positive mindset. Hi, I’m Caroline

A Certified Personal Trainer with a mission to help you become the strongest version of yourself.

My fitness journey started with struggles of my own. Growing up, I felt with body image issues and tried every fad diet out there, constantly chasing unrealistic expectations. I loathed the treadmill, viewed exercise as punishment, ate around 1200 calories a day at most, and was stuck in a cycle of losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. It wasn't until I started consistently strength training in 2022 that everything changed. By lifting weights and gradually increasing my calories, I finally found balance and strength in my body In January of 2023 I finally felt confident that I could help others live happier healthier lives too.

1. I was as a dancer from age 10-19.

2. The guys on the Mind Pump podcast inspired me to become a personal trainer.

3. Deadlift goal of 200lbs.

4. Squat goal of 115lbs.

5. Aspire to compete in powerlifting.
